Those dates include: June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21, July 28
Curious about woodworking but not sure where to begin? This beginner-friendly course introduces the fundamentals of woodworking through a hands-on project and a few discussions and lectures along the way. In the end each student will have built a keepsake box using a variety of joinery techniques.
You’ll learn how to:
Identify and understand different types of lumber, and how to buy it
Understand and execute project plans
Use both hand tools and power tools with safe, effective techniques
Our goal is to guide beginners, and those looking to boost their confidence, toward independence in the woodshop. Whether you’re a complete novice or a cautious DIYer ready to level up, this class is for you.
